BAG TRAVEL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions are agreed to by the user of this site, or a participant booking a service through this site, or a person who a service is booked for or on behalf of someone else, hereinafter be referred to as “You” or “Your,” and B.A.G. Travel LLC, a California limited liability company, hereinafter referred to as “B.A.G. Travel,” “BAG Travel,” “Our,” “We,” “Us,” or “The Company.”
BOOKING
Reservations must be made in Your FULL LEGAL NAME as it appears on Your current, valid passport. Your name on Your invoice MUST match your current, valid passport. Travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel, provided that Your full payment is received no later than Your final payment due date.
DEPOSITS & FEES
Things happen, and even airlines give you a refund within 24 hours of booking. So, unless specified otherwise on our website or promotions, your deposit is refundable up to 48 hours after booking. Beyond that, it is non-refundable. Please allow at least five to seven business days for any refunds to be processed.
Please note that B.A.G. Travel charges a non-refundable booking fee of $150 (USD) per booking. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE upon booking a trip with Our site.
REFUND POLICY
Except for as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, payments to B.A.G. Travel are non-refundable and non-transferable. B.A.G. Travel has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds, and this is how we keep Our package prices competitive and allow You to make monthly payments for your dream vacation.
PASSPORT & ID REQUIREMENTS
Guests are required to make reservations in their whole legal name that is listed on her/his government document they will use for travel. If You need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, You will be responsible for all name change fees.
Name change requests must be submitted at least 90 days before trip departure and are allowed only with a non-refundable $250 (USD) Name Change Fee.
Don’t hesitate to contact requests@bagtravel.net with the subject line: “Name Change Request” for any pre-trip name change requests. Please note that there is no guarantee that You will be able to change your name once booked.
Passports must be valid for six months from your scheduled return date.
TRAVEL PROTECTION
Please note Our refund and deposit policy carefully. Life happens, but for peace of mind, a competitively priced group travel insurance option is offered for all B.A.G. Travel bookings.
You may review the rate and description and select travel protection assurance as an option before checkout. If You wish to add the travel protection assurance later, please note that it may be available up to 15 days before departure.

PAYMENT PLANS
When You book with B.A.G. Travel, an evenly divided automatic billing plan is created for You. You will know the day of every month that Your payment will be processed.
Your initial Deposit + Booking Fee (if applicable) is due at the time of booking, and Your future payments will be charged according to the schedule shown on Your invoice.
Your name on Your invoice MUST match your State Issued I.D.
A Late Payment Fee of $50 per person will be charged after the Final Due Date posted for the trip if any payments are late. However, B.A.G. Travel reserves the right to deny late payments and cancel Your trip booking. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
ROOMMATES
All travelers are responsible for finding their own roommates. BAG Travel is not responsible for roommate selection, nor any issues that may arise from roommate disputes.
You and Your roommate(s) are jointly and severally responsible for making all monthly payments on time. Your roommate is also subject to these Terms and Conditions.
If You cannot find a roommate, You must select and purchase the Single Occupancy package (subject to availability).
INCIDENTALS
Any expenses charged to Your room that are not included in the trip price (mini-bar usage, spa/gym access, etc.) must be settled BEFORE checkout. If not settled before checkout, You will still be charged any incidental fees after the trip has concluded.
ADDITIONAL TOUR ACCOMMODATIONS
Any expenses for special exhibits or other activities outside of the posted itinerary are 100% at the traveler’s expense.
PHYSICAL ACCOMMODATIONS
Many of the posted group tours through B.A.G. Travel require a lot of physical activity. Passengers registering for the tour accept responsibility for being in good health and able to walk and travel on the tour(s).
Many sites are not accessible to the physically challenged, those needing oxygen, wheelchairs, or other ambulatory assistance.
Travelers MUST email requests@bagtravel.net with specific accommodation requests and wait for acknowledgment from B.A.G. Travel. Any accommodation made will be clearly stated and reflected in Your invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke travel to anyone who is, in Our sole judgment, incapable of group travel without causing undue demands upon staff or other participants.
MEALS
Unless otherwise stated, all meals included in the trip price will be at the hotel or on location specified in the itinerary. Any other meals are 100% at the traveler’s expense.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Some locations may not be able to accommodate dietary restrictions. Any alternate meals are 100% at Your expense.
ITINERARY ACCOUNTABILITY
The traveler is responsible for knowing and tracking the posted itinerary available on the website and within TripIt Pro (or similar apps). We are not responsible for missed activities.
TARDINESS
It is the traveler’s responsibility to be on time. B.A.G. Travel is not obligated to wait. Any transportation to catch up to the group must be arranged and paid for by the traveler.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the state laws of California and Florida.
SEVERABILITY
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is deemed unlawful and/or unenforceable, all other provisions remain in full force and effect.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All travelers participating in a BAG Travel group trip agree to comply with the following Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct is a material condition of booking and participation.
TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITY
Travelers are solely responsible for confirming their eligibility to travel, including but not limited to passport validity, visa requirements, health requirements, and legal ability to enter or re-enter any destination. BAG Travel is not responsible for a traveler’s inability to travel for any reason.
RESPECTFUL CONDUCT
Travelers must conduct themselves in a respectful, courteous, and cooperative manner toward BAG Travel staff, trip hosts, vendors, suppliers, and fellow travelers at all times. Harassment, discrimination, abusive behavior, or inappropriate conduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR
BAG Travel maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or intoxicated behavior that negatively impacts the group experience, safety, or reputation of BAG Travel. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, physical altercations, repeated disregard of instructions, or conduct that places others at risk.
RIGHT TO DISMISS WITHOUT REFUND
BAG Travel reserves the sole and absolute right to remove any traveler from a trip, activity, or event if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with this Code of Conduct. Removal may occur at any time, without warning, and without refund or compensation. Any costs incurred as a result of removal are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
PUNCTUALITY
Travelers are expected to be punctual for all scheduled activities, transportation, and departures. Motorcoaches, tours, and events will depart on time. BAG Travel is not responsible for missed activities or additional costs due to late arrival.
SOCIAL MEDIA & PRIVACY
Travelers are expected to respect the privacy of fellow participants when posting on social media. BAG Travel is not responsible for content shared by travelers but reserves the right to address behavior that causes harm or disruption to the group.
PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE
By participating in a BAG Travel trip, travelers grant BAG Travel the irrevocable right to photograph and record their likeness and to use such content for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes in any media, worldwide, without compensation, unless the traveler provides written notice prior to departure.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By booking a trip with BAG Travel, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to this Code of Conduct and understands that violation of these terms may result in removal from the trip without refund.
7-NIGHT RESORT STAY CERTIFICATE PROMO RULES & CONDITIONS
The 7-night resort stay certificate (“Certificate”) is a promotional incentive offered by BAG Travel and is not travel insurance, airfare, or a cash equivalent. Certificate is issued only after the associated group trip is paid in full and all travelers attend the trip in full.
Limit one (1) Certificate per room booked. Promotion is available to U.S. residents only and limited to the first four (4) qualifying bookings. Certificate covers accommodations only; airfare, transportation, taxes, resort fees, gratuities, and incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
Certificate is subject to provider availability, blackout dates, expiration requirements, and all terms imposed by the issuing provider. No substitutions, transfers, cash value, or retroactive issuance. BAG Travel reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time where permitted by law.
UPDATES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Use of Our site constitutes acceptance.
